Abstract
This study investigates the nexus between human capital, technological innovation, and economic growth across Asian countries at different stages of economic development. Using empirical analysis, the research evaluates how education, workforce skills, technological advancement, and innovation contribute to sustainable economic performance. The findings reveal that investment in human capital and technological progress significantly accelerates economic growth, particularly in developing economies transitioning toward knowledge-based industries. The study highlights the importance of innovation-driven policies, education reforms, and digital transformation in promoting long-term sustainable development throughout Asia.
