The role of AI capability and green supply chain practices in driving innovation: Moderated mediation of knowledge sharing and organizational learning orientation in Chinese enterprises

Abstract

This study examines how artificial intelligence capability, green supply chain practices and enterprise management support influence innovation performance in Chinese enterprises. Based on survey data from 580 respondents, the research identifies knowledge sharing as a significant mediating mechanism and organizational learning orientation as a factor that strengthens the indirect effects of technological, managerial and sustainability-oriented capabilities on innovation.
